Research and visual representation of the Queens Library at Hunters Point. Designed by top architect Steven Holll; built in 2019.

The library was built as a star from the ground up; strengthening the intent to bring urbanism to Long Island City. Changing the narrative to what once was an industrial city with blocks and stacks of warehouses.

Our objective focused on the design intent, strategy in the use of light and materiality.
